二、本公司接到定单通知后，严格按照合同条款的有关规定安排 生产和进行发货，保证 产品完好无损，按要求的时间、地点送到。

三、公司对产品实行“三包”。（包修、包换、包退、包质量）

四、在保修期内，产品确因质量问题而引起损坏或不能正常工作，本公司负责免费修理或调换， 并提供有关的保养维修知识。如因用户使用不当或不在保修期内而引起损坏或不能正常工作，本公司对产品负责免费提供维修服务。

五、建立用户档案，定期走访用户。用户在使用本公司产品的过程中所出现的问题或信息，请及时反馈本公司，以便本公司及时予以处理、改进和提高。

六、本公司提供优质的售后服务，客户所提问题必须在二小时以内给予答复或解决。

七、用户如有需要，本公司免费提供咨询，现场指导安装调试。

八、供方提供材质304报告，产品检验合格证，产品试压报告。

3、Our company will fix, exchange and return the products in case of quality problems.

4、Our company will fix for free or exchange our products during the warranty period, if they are damaged and can’t work due to quality problems. We will also lecture the knowledge of maintenance. If our products are damaged due to improper use or out of the warranty period, We will fix them free of charge.

5、We will establish customers’ files and pay visits to customers regularly. If any problem occurs during the usage, you are kindly required to inform us, so that we can tackle, correct and improve our products in time.

6、All the questions raised by our customers must be answered in 2 hours, which is our after service that we pursuit.

7、If necessary, our company will provide consultancy and instruct the debugging on the spot free of charge.

8、We will provide the 304 report of the materials, Certificate of quality test and also the Pressure Test Report of our products.
